Ingredients

- 2 lbs of chicken breast
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle on medium-high heat.
- Drizzle olive oil on the griddle.
- Season the chicken with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken to the griddle and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Remove the chicken and let it rest.
- Add bell peppers and onions to the griddle and sauté until soft.
- Slice the chicken and mix with the vegetables.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning as per taste.
- You can add other vegetables if you prefer.
- Serve with tortillas or over rice.
