- 1 cup of sliced chicken breast
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce

- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of ginger powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Heat the blackstone griddle over medium-high heat.
- Add vegetable oil and let it heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir well.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder and ginger powder.
- Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes until vegetables are tender.
- Season with salt to taste and serve hot.
