Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup milk
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar for glaze
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice for glaze
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine yeast and warm milk. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Mix flour, sugar, salt, and cinnamon in a separate bowl.
- Add softened butter and the yeast mixture to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes on a floured surface.
- Let the dough rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread blueberries evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice for glaze and drizzle over warm rolls.
