Delicious blueberry cinnamon rolls with a sweet glaze.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 packet instant yeast
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
- In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, and egg.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
- Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread blueberries and sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar on top.
- Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased pan and let them rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice for glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls.
Notes
- Use fresh blueberries for best results.
- Adjust sugar according to your taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
