Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 packet instant yeast
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
  2. In another bowl, combine milk, melted butter, and egg.
  3. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix until a dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for 5 minutes.
  5. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  7. Spread blueberries and sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar on top.
  8. Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.
  9. Place rolls in a greased pan and let them rise for 30 minutes.
  10. Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes.
  11. Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice for glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls.
