- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and cinnamon.
- Add melted butter, milk, and egg to the dry ingredients. Mix until combined.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Sprinkle blueberries evenly over the dough.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice to make the glaze. Drizzle over warm rolls.
