- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar, and melted butter. Press into a greased 8×8-inch pan.
- Beat cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, egg, and vanilla until smooth. Spread over crust.
- Sprinkle blueberries evenly over the cream cheese layer.
- Bake for 35 minutes or until set. Cool completely before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Use room temperature cream cheese for smoother mixing.
- If using frozen blueberries, do not thaw before adding.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
