Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix blueberries, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Separate biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each into a circle.
- Spoon a small amount of blueberry mixture onto each dough circle.
- Fold edges and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
- Place on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
