Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper over the chicken.
- Add broccoli and cherry tomatoes around the chicken.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Meanwhile, rinse quinoa under cold water.
- In a pot, bring chicken broth to a boil and add quinoa.
- Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Fluff quinoa with a fork and serve with chicken and vegetables.
