Delicious and easy bread machine banana bread.
Ingredients

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your bread machine.
- In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas.
- Add melted butter to the bananas and mix well.
- Stir in baking soda and salt.
- Add sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until combined.
- Fold in flour until just incorporated.
- Pour the batter into the bread machine pan.
- Set the bread machine to the quick bread setting and start.
- Once done, let it cool before slicing.
Notes
- Use overripe bananas for better flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- This bread can be frozen for later use.
