Ingredients

- 4 cups of cubed bread
- 2 cups of milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 cup of raisins (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine bread cubes and raisins.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Pour the mixture over the bread and let it soak for 15 minutes.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until set.

- Serve warm with sauce or whipped cream.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
