- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 cup of cooked sausage, crumbled
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Cut biscuit dough into quarters and spread evenly in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the biscuits.
- Sprinkle sausage and cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until eggs are set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute sausage with turkey meat or ham.
