- 1 cup chopped spinach
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled sausage or bacon
- 1 loaf of bread, cubed (French or sourdough)

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Add the cubed bread, shredded cheese, diced bell peppers, chopped spinach, and cooked meat to the egg mixture. Stir until everything is well combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve warm.
