A hearty breakfast casserole made in a crockpot.
Ingredients

- 8 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 4 cups cubed bread
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add cheese, sausage, bread, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix well.
- Grease the crockpot with cooking spray.
- Pour the mixture into the crockpot.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Serve warm.

- Feel free to add vegetables like bell peppers or spinach.
- Can be prepared the night before and cooked in the morning.
