- 1 cup milk

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add in the spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms, cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Mix well and pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the eggs are set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
