- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 cup cooked sausage or turkey meat (optional)
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
- Add salt, pepper, cheese, and mix well.
- In a greased baking dish, layer tater tots on the bottom.
- Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots.
- Add cooked sausage or turkey meat and diced bell peppers on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the casserole is set and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to customize with your favorite vegetables.
- This casserole can be prepared the night before and baked in the morning.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
