  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk

  • 1 cup cooked sausage or turkey meat (optional)
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  3. Add salt, pepper, cheese, and mix well.
  4. In a greased baking dish, layer tater tots on the bottom.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the tater tots.
  6. Add cooked sausage or turkey meat and diced bell peppers on top.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until the casserole is set and golden.
