- 1 can of refrigerated biscuits
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 cup of cooked sausage, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Cut the biscuits into quarters and place them in the dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Add crumbled sausage and cheese to the egg mixture.
- Pour the egg mixture over the biscuits in the baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the eggs are set and biscuits are golden.
