- 8 cups bread cubes
- 6 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, ham, and green onions.
- In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the bread mixture.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set.
Notes
- Let it sit for 5 minutes before serving.
- Can be prepared the night before and refrigerated.
- Substitute any type of cheese you prefer.
