- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onions
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk eggs and milk together.
- Add cheese, bell peppers, onions, salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet.
- Cook until the edges start to set, about 3-5 minutes.
- Transfer to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the center is set.
- Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, then slice and serve.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
- Serve with toast or fruit.
