Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  3. Layer the diced potatoes at the bottom of the dish.
  4. In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the potatoes.
  6. Sprinkle diced ham and cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
