Ingredients

- 2 pounds of potatoes, diced
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 cup of diced ham
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Layer the diced potatoes at the bottom of the dish.
- In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the egg mixture over the potatoes.
- Sprinkle diced ham and cheese on top.
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute ham with sausage or turkey meat.
- Make ahead and refrigerate overnight for easy morning prep.
- Top with green onions for added flavor.
