Description
Delicious brioche cinnamon rolls with a sweet cinnamon filling.
Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup icing sugar (for glaze)
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar, eggs, and melted butter to the yeast mixture.
- Mix in flour and salt until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for 10 minutes.
- Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
- Spread softened butter over the dough.
- Mix brown sugar and cinnamon, sprinkle over the butter.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into rolls.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25-30 minutes.
- Drizzle with icing after cooling.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Freeze unbaked rolls for later use.
