Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 slices of back bacon
  • 2 sausages
  • 1 cup baked beans
  • 2 slices of bread
  • Butter for spreading
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tomato, halved
  • Mushrooms, sliced (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large frying pan, cook the sausages over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.
  2. Add the bacon to the same pan and cook until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. While the bacon and sausages are cooking, heat the baked beans in a small saucepan over low heat.
  4. In another pan, toast the bread slices until golden brown and spread with butter.
  5. If using, add the sliced mushrooms to the pan with the bacon and cook until browned.
  6. In the same pan, crack the eggs and cook to your liking (sunny side up, over-easy, etc.).
  7. Halve the tomatoes and add them to the pan to cook until slightly softened.
  8. To serve, place the eggs, bacon, sausages, baked beans, toast, and tomatoes on a plate. Season with salt and pepper.

Notes

  • You can customize your breakfast by adding other items like black pudding or hash browns.
