- 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon of fresh lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your broiler.
- Using kitchen shears, cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Add garlic and lemon juice, then stir.
- Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet, meat side up.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture over the lobster meat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Broil for about 8-10 minutes, or until the lobster is cooked through and slightly browned.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
