Description
A classic dessert made with peanut butter, chocolate, and powdered sugar.
Ingredients

- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and softened butter.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
- Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, covering it completely.
- Return the chocolate-covered balls to the baking sheet.
- Chill again until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container.
- Use a double boiler for melting chocolate if preferred.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
