Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter and softened butter.
  2. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  3. Shape the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  5. Melt chocolate chips and vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted chocolate, covering it completely.
  7. Return the chocolate-covered balls to the baking sheet.
  8. Chill again until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container.
