- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Fresh celery sticks, for serving
- Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for dipping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, and salt until smooth.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the batter and toss until they are evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket. You may need to do this in batches.
- Air fry the cauliflower for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, combine the buffalo sauce and olive oil.
- Once the cauliflower is done, transfer it to the bowl with the buffalo sauce and toss to coat evenly.
- Return the coated cauliflower to the air fryer and air fry for an additional 3-5 minutes to set the sauce.
- Serve hot with celery sticks and your choice of ranch or blue cheese dressing.
