- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl.
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a circle.
- Spoon chicken mixture onto each dough circle.
- Fold dough over filling and seal edges tightly.
- Place bombs on a baking sheet.
- Brush tops with melted butter.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
