- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken and buffalo sauce.
- Add cream cheese and ranch dressing, and blend until smooth.
- Stir in cheddar cheese and blue cheese, if using.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Serve with tortilla chips, celery, or crackers.
- Can be made ahead and stored in the fridge before baking.
- Adjust spice level by changing the buffalo sauce amount.
