Description

Crispy egg rolls filled with spicy buffalo chicken and creamy cheese, perfect for game day or a party appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced celery
  • 8 egg roll wrappers
  • 1 tbsp water (for sealing wrappers)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
  2. Add cheddar cheese, blue cheese, and celery. Stir well.
  3. Place 2 tbsp of filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
  4. Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides. Roll tightly.
  5. Seal the edge with water.
  6. Heat oil to 350°F (175°C). Fry egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

  • Use rotisserie chicken for quick prep.
  • Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes if you prefer a healthier option.
