Description

A creamy and spicy pasta dish featuring tender chicken and a rich buffalo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
  2. In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in buffalo sauce and heavy cream.
  5. Add shredded chicken and cooked pasta, tossing to coat.
  6. Sprinkle cheddar and blue cheese, stirring until melted.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Adjust buffalo sauce for more or less heat.
  • Substitute ranch dressing for blue cheese if preferred.
