A creamy and spicy pasta dish featuring tender chicken and a rich buffalo sauce.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions, then drain.
- In a large pan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in buffalo sauce and heavy cream.
- Add shredded chicken and cooked pasta, tossing to coat.
- Sprinkle cheddar and blue cheese, stirring until melted.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust buffalo sauce for more or less heat.
- Substitute ranch dressing for blue cheese if preferred.
- Leftovers can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
