A creamy and spicy pasta dish featuring tender chicken and buffalo sauce.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Cook chicken in butter until browned.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in buffalo sauce and heavy cream.
- Simmer for 3 minutes.
- Add cooked pasta and toss to coat.
- Sprinkle with cheeses before serving.
Notes
- Adjust buffalo sauce for more or less heat.
- Use rotini or penne for best results.
- Garnish with green onions if desired.
