Description

A creamy and spicy pasta dish featuring tender chicken and buffalo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook chicken in butter until browned.
  4. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Stir in buffalo sauce and heavy cream.
  6. Simmer for 3 minutes.
  7. Add cooked pasta and toss to coat.
  8. Sprinkle with cheeses before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust buffalo sauce for more or less heat.
  • Use rotini or penne for best results.
  • Garnish with green onions if desired.
