- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce in a bowl.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half with cheddar cheese.
- Add buffalo chicken mixture and blue cheese crumbles on top of the cheese.
- Fold the tortilla in half and press down gently.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown and cheese melts.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Slice into wedges and serve hot.
