Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles (optional)
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce in a bowl.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half with cheddar cheese.
  4. Add buffalo chicken mixture and blue cheese crumbles on top of the cheese.
  5. Fold the tortilla in half and press down gently.
