- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing (for dipping)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with buffalo sauce.
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half with cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
- Add buffalo chicken mixture, red onion, and cilantro on top of the cheese.
- Fold the tortilla in half and press down lightly.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.
- Cut into wedges and serve with ranch dressing.
