- 4 large bell peppers (any color)
- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut tops off bell peppers and remove seeds.
- Mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, celery, green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Fill each bell pepper with the chicken mixture.
- Place peppers in a baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

- Use rotisserie chicken for easy prep.
- Adjust buffalo sauce for desired spice level.
- Add crumbled blue cheese for extra flavor.
