Description
A quick and easy meal featuring spicy buffalo chicken wrapped in a tortilla with crisp air-fried fries on the side.

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
- 1/4 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 2 medium potatoes, cut into fries
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss chicken with buffalo sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12 minutes, flipping halfway.
- In a bowl, mix potato fries with cornstarch, salt, and black pepper.
- Air fry the fries at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes, shaking halfway.
- Warm tortillas in a dry skillet for 30 seconds per side.
- Assemble wraps with chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, and ranch dressing.
- Serve with air-fried fries.
Notes
- Adjust buffalo sauce for more or less spice.
- Use gluten-free tortillas if needed.
- Swap ranch for blue cheese dressing if preferred.
