Ingredients

Instructions

- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the chicken until fully cooked.
- Add broccoli to the pan and sauté until tender.
- Mix black beans into the rice.
- Portion the rice, chicken, and broccoli into meal prep containers.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
