Delicious cinnamon rolls shaped like bunnies for Easter.
Ingredients

- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet yeast
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar, butter, eggs, and salt. Mix well.
- Gradually add flour until the dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 10 minutes. Let it rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and spread cinnamon and brown sugar on top.
- Shape the dough into bunny forms.
- Place on a baking sheet and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
- Mix powdered sugar and water for icing. Drizzle over cooled rolls.
Notes
- Use a sharp knife for cutting dough.
- Adjust cinnamon to taste.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
