Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add sugar, butter, eggs, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour until the dough forms.
  4. Knead the dough for 10 minutes. Let it rise for 1 hour.
  5. Roll out the dough and spread cinnamon and brown sugar on top.
  6. Shape the dough into bunny forms.
  7. Place on a baking sheet and let rise for 30 minutes.
  8. Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
  9. Mix powdered sugar and water for icing. Drizzle over cooled rolls.
