Ingredients

- 500g chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
Instructions
- Heat butter in a pan over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic, sauté until soft.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Stir in tomato paste, garam masala, cumin, paprika, turmeric, salt, and black pepper.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Garnish with cilantro before serving.
