- 2 lobster tails
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Fill a pot with water and bring to a simmer.
- In a separate saucepan, melt the butter over low heat.
- Add lemon juice and salt to the melted butter.
- Place the lobster tails in the butter mixture and poach for 8-10 minutes.
- Remove the lobster tails and place them on a plate.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
