Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cadbury mini eggs, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, cream together butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla, mixing well.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
  6. Fold in chopped Cadbury mini eggs.
  7. Drop dough by tablespoons onto baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
  9. Allow to cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
