Ingredients

- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz linguine pasta
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side.
- Cook linguine pasta according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, heat heavy cream, garlic, salt, and pepper until simmering.
- Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Toss cooked linguine in the creamy sauce.
- Slice chicken and serve over pasta.
- Garnish with chopped parsley.
