- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned and fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and slice.
- In the same pan, sauté bell peppers, onion, and garlic until softened.
- Add heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Stir until the sauce thickens.
- Add cooked pasta and sliced chicken to the pan. Toss to coat evenly.
- Serve hot with extra Parmesan if desired.

- Adjust Cajun seasoning to your preferred spice level.
- Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
