Tender Cajun-seasoned steak bites served over creamy cheesy garlic shells for a spicy, savory meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 8 oz medium pasta shells
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season steak bites with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak bites for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2 minutes.
- Stir in cheddar and Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat with the cheese sauce.
- Return steak bites to the skillet and mix well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to your preferred spice level.
- Use freshly grated cheese for best melting.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 2 days.
