Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), sliced thinly
  • 8 oz penne pasta
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season steak slices with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak until browned, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove from skillet.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to low. Add ranch dressing, honey, and heavy cream. Stir until combined.
  5. Add shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  6. Toss cooked pasta and steak in the sauce until well coated.
  7. Serve hot.
