A spicy and creamy pasta dish featuring Cajun-seasoned steak and a sweet honey ranch sauce.
Ingredients

- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced thin
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Toss steak slices with Cajun seasoning.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak for 3-4 minutes per side.
- In a bowl, mix ranch dressing, honey, heavy cream, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Pour sauce over cooked pasta and toss to coat.
- Top with cooked steak and Parmesan cheese.
Notes
- Adjust Cajun seasoning for more or less spice.
- Substitute chicken for steak if preferred.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
