  • 1 lb sirloin steak, sliced thin
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Toss steak slices with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook steak for 3-4 minutes per side.
  4. In a bowl, mix ranch dressing, honey, heavy cream, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  5. Pour sauce over cooked pasta and toss to coat.
  6. Top with cooked steak and Parmesan cheese.
