Ingredients

  • 1 lb sirloin steak tips, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 12 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season steak tips with Cajun seasoning and set aside.
  2. Cook rigatoni according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add steak tips and cook 4-5 minutes until browned.
  5. Add garlic and cook 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Pour in chicken broth and scrape any browned bits from pan.
  7. Add heavy cream and butter, simmer 2 minutes.
  8. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  9. Add cooked pasta to skillet and toss to coat.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
