- 6 pieces of bolillo bread, sliced
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, heat milk with sugar and cinnamon until dissolved.
- In a baking dish, layer the sliced bolillo bread.
- Pour the milk mixture over the bread.
- Sprinkle raisins, nuts, and coconut on top.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.

- Serve warm or at room temperature.
- You can substitute different nuts or dried fruits.
