Description
A fresh and vibrant Caprese Salad made with ripe tomatoes, creamy mozzarella, fresh basil, and a drizzle of balsamic reduction.
Ingredients

- 4 ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons balsamic reduction
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- On a large platter, alternate layers of sliced tomatoes and mozzarella cheese.
- Tuck fresh basil leaves in between the tomato and mozzarella layers.
- Drizzle the olive oil and balsamic reduction over the top.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately at room temperature.
