Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Mix until well combined and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add in 1 cup sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition until the batter is smooth.
