Ingredients

- 4 stalks of celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup of cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup of red onion, diced
- 1/4 cup of olives, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Chop the celery and place it in a bowl.
- Add the cherry tomatoes, red onion, and olives.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil and lemon juice.
- Pour the dressing over the salad.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Toss everything together and serve immediately.

- For a vegan option, ensure olives are not stuffed with anchovies.
