Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the frozen hash browns, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Spray the crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Pour the hash brown mixture into the crock pot and spread it evenly.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until the hash browns are heated through and the cheese is melted.
