This cheesy hash brown casserole is a perfect side dish for any meal. Cooked slowly in the crock pot, it becomes creamy and delicious.

- 2 pounds frozen hash browns
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the frozen hash browns, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Spray the crock pot with non-stick cooking spray.
- Pour the hash brown mixture into the crock pot and spread it evenly.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until the hash browns are heated through and the cheese is melted.
- Stir before serving and enjoy your cheesy hash browns!
