Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 4 oz cheddar cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
- Shape mixture into small balls, pressing a cheese cube into the center of each.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Mix ketchup and Worcestershire sauce, then brush over meatballs.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Substitute mozzarella for cheddar if preferred.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or a side salad.
